The Yvelines Departmental Council (CD78) defines its energy performance strategy with Oxand

Context

The CD78 wishes to implement a strategy to achieve the energy performance objectives to which it is committed in the framework of the French Tertiary Decree, while optimizing its investments to reduce its maintenance debt. Oxand helps them to highlight priority operations, as well as to identify the impact of the work in terms of obsolescence and safety, as well as in terms of improving energy performance. Without a maintenance strategy, the grey debt is expected to triple by 2050.
