In’li manages 306 social or intermediate housing residences in the Île-de-France region. The technical direction of the real estate asset wishes to align operational needs with In’li’s strategic vision. The project with Oxand aims to control the environment of the real estate asset and all building components and to adopt an environmental approach to improving energy performance while ensuring a reduction in costs.
