In’li chooses Oxand Simeo to plan sustainable asset strategy

In’li, a subsidiary of Action Logement, deploys Oxand Simeo to arbitrate the decision-making of building components and respond to environmental issues. With more than 43,000 homes, In’li, a subsidiary of the Action Logement group, is the leader in intermediate housing in the Ile-de-France region.

Stéphane Ménard, Technical Director of the real estate portfolio, explains the importance for in’li of adopting an environmental approach and the choice of Oxand for its 20 years of expertise in the predictive management of real estate assets.

With the support of the Oxand teams, the group used the Simeo software on a property portfolio of 300 residences / 25,000 homes.

According to Laura Stolz, Head of the Budget and Valuation Department, “the risk-based approach proposed by Oxand has enabled us to arbitrate and optimize investments”.
