French Ministry of the Armed Forces reduces its hidden debt with predictive maintenance and Oxand Simeo™

Context:

With a real estate portfolio of 31 million square meters of built surface, 2 billion square meters of non-built surface and more than 80,000 structures of 150 types, the French Ministry of the Army owns more than 15 billion euros of assets. The Ministry of the Armed Forces wished to evaluate the necessary budget (credits and staff) for the conservation of the real estate portfolio, on a national scale and by geographical site. Another objective was to be able to justify and communicate this financial need in order to obtain the necessary credits and to reduce the grey debt of the Ministry.
