The Alpes Maritimes Departmental Council (CD06) defines its Tertiary Decree trajectory with Oxand Simeo

Context:

The CD06 wishes to define and manage a renovation plan for its 177 sites, integrating an energy performance trajectory in order to meet the objectives of the French Tertiary Decree to which its 71 high school and 30 other sites are subject. CD06 needs to map the current energy performance and define the energy consumption trajectories over time in order to visualize the overall investment needs.
