EDF DPFT Regional trade divisions
Since December 2004, EDF DPFT and Oxand have signed a trade partnership, in the context of EDF's policy to coach local authorities. This partnership contributes to upgrade the service offer stemming from EDF and its partners tailored for local authorities since the opening of the French energy market.
Through eight EDF trade divisions all over France, local authorities can benefit from products and services dedicated to the implementation of risk management solutions.
LERM
LERM (Laboratoire d'Études et de Recherches sur les Matériaux) is a private and totally independent laboratory (equity capital), specializing in the audit, counselling and R&D on construction materials (binder, concrete, stones...) and related structures. It uses its own analysis means : non destructive tests, samplings, as well as physical, mineralogical and chemical tests.
Oxand has chosen this laboratory, in order to provide complete quality services, from material knowledge to structure reassessment.
Oxand prescribes and uses data stemming from Lerm evaluations.
PETRIS
PETRIS is a Web-based software development and services company focused on the needs of oil and gas industries (the energy community). PETRIS develops and markets software products and services and also distributes oil & gas software from specialties including: exploration, drilling, reservoir, production and process engineering, pipeline, refining and marketing.
PETRIS and OXAND combine their technical skills to develop risk simulation and visualisation tools dedicated to all fields of activity.
QUINTESSA
Quintessa is an Anglo-Japanese scientific and mathematical consultancy working primarily in the energy and environment sectors.
OXAND and Quintessa have agreed to cooperate by seeking joint projects related to risk assessment for the nuclear industry. Moreover, OXAND and Quintessa share information on risk evaluation on geological storage of carbon dioxide.
SITES
Since 1984, SITES is specialized in long term structure and equipment control, measurement and instrumentation techniques.
THE reference for the monitoring of structures in operation, SITES has worked on 3000 structures around the world, ranging from EDF nuclear plants in France or China to the Louvre pyramid of Paris, the Millau viaduct and major airports.
SITES brings its experience feedback and know-how in the field of optical fiber instrumentation for the monitoring of pressure pipes such as penstocks (international OXAND patent).
This partnership promotes a global solution around the world.
SOLDATA
SolData is a world specialist in monitoring of infrastructures and foundations with a permanent measurement of movements and vibrations, to guarantee the security of structures and construction sites.
SolData and Oxand offer a unique solution, tailored for underground infrastructure, enabling clients to optimize their global risk management during the construction and operational phase.
OAKRIDGE
Oakridge specializes in technical expertise and assistance for owners and operators of nuclear infrastructures. With over 15 years, respectively, of industrial experience, OXAND and Oakridge enhance their offers by combining their know-how as well as their diversified experience feedback in the areas of assistance to infrastructure owners, civil engineering and internal operational systems risk management (reactors, circuits, fire, etc). OXAND and Oakridge are involved in Europe, South Africa and North America.
