Jun-22-2016 | Press release: Oxand Academy will hold different sessions of its innovative “Business Games” at WNE

ASSET, AGEING & RISK MANAGEMENT FOR THE NUCLEAR INDUSTRY

As a specialist of ageing and life cycle management of industrial assets, Oxand has developed training programs through its Academy in order to support companies willing to improve their knowledge and skills in “Asset Management”. Oxand innovates in this domain with the creation of “Business Games”, designed as board games.

They have already been tested successfully in various European major companies operating in the energy sector. Indeed this playful way of training leads to a quick and efficient increase of the skills of multidisciplinary teams and encourages collaboration, knowledge management and know-how transfer within an organisation.

On different key-sites of the French Pavilion, Oxand Academy will hold various “Business Games” sessions, specially targeted to the nuclear sector (in compliance with industry regulations, guidelines and best practices such as AP-913, ISO 55000…)

Note: With its innovative Business Games, Oxand participates in WNE AWARDS 2016, Category: “Knowledge Management”
