Apr-24-2017 | Training programs: Oxand and INSTN (CEA) formalise their collaboration for the nuclear sector
On the 14th of April, 2017, Oxand Academy and INSTN (French National Institute for Nuclear Science and Technology) signed a partnership agreement to develop joint training courses with high added value for the energy sector. As part of the development of innovative teaching methods, this partnership will enable the two organisations to work in synergy on the design of new educational tools that will enhance energy sector companies’ ability to meet their operational objectives.
In 2016, at the International Nuclear Exhibition in Paris (WNE – World Nuclear Exhibition), Oxand was nominated for the WNE Awards 2016 in the category “Knowledge Management” for its new methods of training, highlighting the key role of Serious Games in the learning process. It is precisely this innovative, absorbing and clearly effective features of the method created by Oxand that has sparked INSTN’s interest.
Thanks to this partnership, INSTN and Oxand Academy will be able to jointly promote new training solutions, with the objective of developing both teams’ performance and meeting the current needs of the Nuclear Industry.
