France: Oxand helps RFF manage the maintenance of its land and property assets in Ile-de-France
RFF (Réseau Ferré de France) is responsible for managing all of France’s railway infrastructures. It is the country’s second largest land and property owner.
In order to optimise the value of its assets, it must ensure optimum infrastructure maintenance management, oversee aging and ensure compliance with standards and regulations, notably as regards asbestos removal.
RFF manages a large number of structures in the Ile-de-France region (over 3,750 buildings), implying a significant ‘owner risk’. RFF thus initiated a process for prioritising the maintenance budgets assigned to its land and real estate assets.
RFF will benefit from Oxand’s experience and methods for managing the risks associated with large property assets, following in the footsteps of France’s Ministry of Defence, which has been leveraging Oxand’s expertise and Simeo™ software since 2011.
